2.4 Accurate Information. 2.5 Prohibited Persons. 3.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your qqwin account username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party and to notify qqwin immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
3.2 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your qqwin account, whether or not authorized by you. qqwin shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
3.3 Two-Factor Authentication. qqwin strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. While 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access, qqwin does not guarantee that enabling 2FA will prevent all unauthorized access.
3.4 Shared Devices. If you access qqwin from a shared or public device, you must ensure that you log out of your account after each session. qqwin is not responsible for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to log out on shared devices.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. qqwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). qqwin reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your qqwin wallet in real time for GCash and PayMaya transactions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within ten (10) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days. qqwin reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Same-Method Policy. Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. This policy is in place to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
4.5 Player Funds. Player funds are held in accounts separate from qqwin's operational funds. This segregation is maintained to protect player balances in the event of any financial difficulty experienced by qqwin.
4.6 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. qqwin reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ₱50 per month to inactive accounts, deducted from the account balance, after providing thirty (30) days' written notice to the registered email address.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion terms. qqwin reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that the wagering requirement has been circumvented.
5.3 Loyalty Program. The qqwin Loyalty Program awards points for qualifying wagers placed on the platform. Points accumulation rates, tier thresholds, and reward structures are subject to change at qqwin's discretion. Loyalty points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
5.4 Abuse of Promotions. qqwin reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or colluding with other players.
6.1 Game Availability. qqwin reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or remove any game from the platform at any time without prior notice. The availability of specific games may vary based on your location and applicable regulations.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, qqwin reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the staked amounts to the players' accounts. qqwin's decision in such matters is final.
6.3 Bet Acceptance. qqwin reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after an event has commenced or where qqwin has reason to believe that the integrity of the event has been compromised.
6.4 RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG) games on the qqwin platform use certified RNG systems that have been independently tested and verified for fairness. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment and are independently monitored.

9.3 Cap on Liability. qqwin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your qqwin account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Force Majeure. qqwin shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government actions, power outages, or internet service disruptions.
